The HKPART-ZCML4 is a compact and portable device for monitoring contamination in fluids, which enables a quick and accurate assessment of the contamination level on site, making it the perfect solution for mobile applications in general, the construction industry and the rental business.
The central characteristic is the integrated dosing pump, which allows the analysis of fluids in both pressurised and non-pressurised systems. This enables a quick and accurate assessment of the contamination level on site on mobile work machines. In addition, the HKPART-ZCML4 is suitable for stationary applications in industrial environments, for example hydraulic systems, as well as for systems in the field of decentralised energy supply (e.g., emergency power generators). Thanks to the high-performance battery, the compact, lightweight and robust HKPART-ZCML4 enables all-day work outdoors with just one battery charge. The self-explanatory user interface allows intuitive operation within a few minutes. This is rounded off by an internal memory that allows the archiving of up to 4,000 data records. For detailed analyses and to create reports, these can be transferred to a PC via the USB interface or memory stick and analysed using the award-winning »CMP View« software.
